Constance D. Schwab, MD, age 78, longtime resident of River Forest, loving sister of Linda Schwab; dear daughter of the late William and the late Edna Schwab.
Memorial service Friday, January 27th, 11:00 a.m. at Grace Lutheran Church, 7300 Division St., River Forest (Church located at the corner of Division St. and Bonnie Brae Pl.). Committal service in church garden immediately following memorial service at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Grace Lutheran Church are appreciated.
