Margaret “Maggie” Hanrahan nee O’Connor, age 89, of Forest Park, formerly of Mt. Carroll and Oak Park, IL; beloved wife of the late Edward “Bob” Hanrahan; loving mother of Jeffery A. (Kathleen), Jean R. (Maureen), Laura (Seth) Morrell, Daniel C. (Mary), John W., Christopher J. (Donna), Robert G. (Laura), Maisie and the late Brian Hanrahan; cherished grandmother of 20 and great-grandmother of 6; dear sister of the late John (the late Ted), Frank (the late Geri), Jeffrey (the late Jerry), and Daniel (Patricia) O’Connor; fond aunt of many. Visitation 3 to 8 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 25 at Drechsler, Brown & Williams Funeral Home 203 S. Marion St., Oak Park. Prayers 8:45 a.m. Monday to Ascension Church for Mass at 9:30 a.m. Private interment Calvary Cemetery, Evanston. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society are appreciated.
